Happiest Little Baker

Happiest Little Baker

When you loathe measuring things in the kitchen, baking becomes a hassle. But the whole world loves baked goods, including me. I’ve been forced to bake (a lot) in the past year, and luckily there is one company that can make baking so easy and pain free that even a kid (or grown boy) can do it!

The company that provides this product is Happiest Little Baker, and what they do is send you a package each month with all the ingredients and special tools you’d need to make a nice kid-friendly baked good. Basically you can guarantee that once a month your kids will want to eat your cooking, because they will be helping you make some delicious dessert.

The package itself includes all the ingredients premeasured which is great because that can be annoying and time consuming to measure when you plan on baking (like flour, sugar, vanilla, baking soda, and also hard to find ingredients). Outside of the actual ingredients, the package comes with some kid friendly treats like a maze and an activity sheet. (They are also big boy friendly =) )

Now newsflash, I have no children (not yet) , so I played the role of the little baker and the annoyed adult who has to bake on a Saturday night. Mrs. Unmanly Chef partook in some of the festivities, i.e. the cookie cutting because I have the dexterity of a rhino. By the end of the night, we had a blast making the cookies that looked very very good. So I can only imagine how much fun a 4 to 9 year old might have if they’re into that kind of stuff.

This product is pretty cool and perfect for parents looking to get their kids into baking. While the price point at $32 a month for a baking kit is steep, you are buying not only pre-measured ingredients that take the hassle out of baking, but an experience with your family.  Many would say there is no price tag for that.
