If you have time this weekend and find yourself with nothing to do, you should make your way to White Hall, MD (just north of Towson) to the Clear Meadow Farm, Sunflower Farm. It. Is. Awesome.
You will have a sensory overload from the awesomeness of this. It seems like some of the locals loathe this as evidenced by the shouting of a angry driver, they stated,”WHEN WILL THEY DIE!!” (The peak bloom is evidently from 9/14 to 9/28)

But for us out of towners and outside lovers, this is a great opportunity to take in what makes living in this magical place we call Earth special.
The best thing about this place is it’s FREE! If you want to pick flowers it’s a dollar a flower, it’s not really about the flowers as it is about the over abundance of awesomeness. Afterwards for a treat, head over to the Jarrettsville Deli & Creamery for some unreal ice cream and satisfying deli sandwiches.
