The Sliced Baked Potato

November 12, 2014 by theunmanlychef

Sliced Baked Potato

The sliced baked potato. This is the easiest baked potato ever. Plus it looks super fancy. All you do is make a series of slices through a part of the potato (but make sure you don’t cut all the way through….because you will ruin everything). How’s that for hyperbole folks? Literally everything will be ruined.

Then you add a  healthy serving of olive oil over the entire thing, top with some salt, and bake on 350 for 30-45 minutes. You should have something that resembles this at the end.

You’re welcome. In advance. Potato arrogance folks, we breed that here over at the Unmanly Chef, my potato game does not mess around.
