Kitchen Playlist – 1/15/15

January 15, 2015 by theunmanlychef

San Francisco China Town

Winter is fully upon us and everything is cold. Heat up with another great kitchen playlist.

Enjoy!

All these tracks can be bought our listened to via iTunes & Spotify. The links will take you to Spotify.

1- ASTR – We Fall Down – A great song from this past summer that is great for a workout.

2- ELEL – 40 Watt – Recently hit Alt Nation on Sirius XM, really fun and catchy song.

3- Young Ejecta – Welcome to Love – Heard this on the Indie List for Spotify and it kind of has a cool haunting vibe.

4-Glass Animals- Gooey – Great song to introduce yourself to this cool band. They have a funky and original sound.

5- Spinto Band – Oh Mandy – A song from about 4 or 5 years ago, this is an indie band out of Delaware. This is a super catchy song. Plus who doesn’t love name based songs?

6- Beach House – Lazuli – Beach House is a local band that has a great sound, I’ve seen them live and they are fantastic. Highly recommend looking deeper into these guys.

7- Sylvan Esso – Hey Mami – Another band with a cool sound that has a calm and original sound.

8-New Pornographers – Use It – Off their monster Twin Cinema album, this song will get you fired up to take on all those dirty dishes.

9- Mason Jennings – Fighter Girl – Underrated folk singer who has a great sound and knack for storytelling.

10- Fleetwood Mac – Never Going Back Again -Heard this recently, I know it’s old but who doesn’t love Fleetwood Mac?
