Jones Dairy Farm

Jones Dairy Farm

This is a sponsored post, all thoughts and opinions are my own

These were the first vendors I met at ChefConnect in Baltimore. They could not have been nicer and were more than willing to share some fun facts about their company. Jones Dairy Farm started in 1889, with Milo Jones selling sausage using his mother’s recipe.

Now the company has transformed into a global provider of delicious pork products. They produce sausage, bacon, and ham. Aware of growing concerns about nitrates and nitrites, they are one of the few companies that provide nitrate and nitrite free options.

One of Jones’ top selling commercial products is their pre-cooked breakfast sausage which you’ve probably consumed at some point in any large hotel. Fun fact, they do not use liquid smoke when curing their bacon. Their bacon is dry aged and they use cherry wood to give it a delicious flavor.

They have so many different kinds of different pork products and even produce a favorite in Pennsylvania, scrapple.

You can find their product in grocery stores all over the Northeast and Midwest.
