Thanksgiving is OVER! COME ON XMAS!!
But wait you still have a copious amount of leftover turkey in your fridge from the stuff your face fest we call Thanksgiving. What do you do? Well you could make sandwiches (LAME), or you could make a creation so damn delicious you’ll be wishing you actually had this on turkey day instead of that stupid bird!
This recipe combines everything I love about Thanksgiving, sides and meat, slammed into one delicious creation.
The premise is simple, I essentially make a delicious pot pie filling without the pie, feel free to add pie crust to this creation. The end result is this savory creamy bowl of heaven that you wont be able to stop eating.
So enjoy this delicious Turkey and Cream comfort food sensation.

Ingredients
3 Cups of Leftover Turkey Meat (Dark and White)
1 Cup of Heavy Cream
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 Tsp. Thyme
1/2 Tsp. Sage
2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Tsp. Black Pepper
1 Cup of Diced Carrots
1 Cup of Chicken Broth
1/2 Cup of Milk
1/8 Cup of Flour
Method
Step 1: Melt Butter in large pot. Add turkey, saute for a few minutes on medium heat.
Step 2: Add in spices and carrots.
Step 3: Add in Chicken Broth, allow to simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 4: Add Cream, reduce heat to a medium low heat.
Step 5: Mix together flour and milk, make sure there are no clumps (use a whisk). Then slowly transfer this mixture to your soup, stirring constantly.
Step 6: Allow mixture to cook for another 10 minutes, while sauce begins to thicken.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
