Banana Bread Brownies

My love for banana bread runs deep.

When bananas over ripen in your house, you have two options. Make banana bread or throw them away. Well now you have 3 options. Make banana bread brownies!

These are really good and surprisingly light. You’ll thank me later.

Banana Brownie 6

 Banana Bread Brownies

Ingredients

2 Pureed Bananas
1 1⁄2 cups sugar
1⁄2 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
3⁄4 teaspoon salt
1 Tsp. Cinnamon

Method
Step 1- Beat eggs, butter, and sugar together.
Step 2- Stir in  pureed bananas.
Step 3- Stir in flour, vanilla,cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
Step 4- Preheat oven to 350.
Step 5- In a 8 inch Square Baking Dish, line it with parchment paper on all sides.
Step 6- Pour in the batter.
Step 7 – Bake at 375 for 20 minutes until golden brown, remove from the oven, allow it to cool then lift out the brownies with the parchment paper and serve.
