Tackling the Work Week via Sprouts Farmer’s Market

Listen up people, preparing food for your week stinks. It’s time consuming as hell and you end up getting sick of whatever you’re eating by the end of the week. But on the flip side, buying your lunch is equally crappy because uh duh MONEY. So what’s a girl to do? Simple, use Sprouts here are my top 5 work week life hacks via the fine folks at Sprouts.

1- Rotisserie Chicken. This should be number one in your life for all time. The rotisserie chicken is so versatile you can literally do anything with it. I recommend buying yourself one, start by deboning that bad boy and then make yourself a chicken and veggie meal for the week!

2- They have protein snack options, take 2 a day and you got a damn delicious snack meal. They have stuff like chicken, cheese, nuts, and grapes to salami and cheese options (uh yes please). Protein snack options are super satisfying and actually make you full.

3- Prepared Meals. They have all sorts of delicious prepared meal options, so just buy 5 and rotate them through the week. Boom! All set again! Think about it, even if you spend 8 bucks a meal, that’s still cheaper than most work lunches you’re gonna get for yourself.

4- Go vegetarian with a fruit, veggie, and dip platter. Who says you can’t eat fruits and veggies for lunch?! They have tons of pre-cut options that you can pair with a tasty dip or some guac.

5- Buy 5 sandwiches from them. I know this sounds crazy but follow me down the rabbit hole for a second people. The sandwiches sans mayo and maybe veggies will probably be fine all week, so just buy a bunch of sandwiches without dressing or veggies and you have 5 delicious gourmet sandwiches that cost about 6 bucks a piece. Again. Lunch. SOLVED.

Work lunch is a demon that needs to be vanquished, let Sprouts help you bury that demon.
