Georgia Grace Cafe – Old Ellicott City

November 19, 2018 by theunmanlychef

This place is newish to old Ellicott City and it’s amazing. It’s Greek food, everything is made in house and the quality really shows.

The only annoying aspect of this place is you have to sort of self serve everything, you order at the counter and you get your own water and flatware. Also the bathroom situation can be annoying since there is only one, so if you gotta pee make sure you stake your claim people!

We ordered the Spanokopita, Loukomades, and the Chicken Souvlaki. Everything was incredible.

Everything is made from scratch and it really shows, the Spanokopita has a rich flavor without being too bitter from the spinach and it has the right ratio of feta. The chicken souvlaki was my favorite as the house made pita goes together perfectly with the fresh ingredients to make this simple yet delicious dish.

The Loukomades are fresh, warm, and DELICIOUS! The cinnamon and honey ones have a great taste to them. Each bite is a squishy crunchy sweetness to it.

This place is a welcome addition to Howard County and it’s going to quickly become a mainstay.
