Hi, I’m The Unmanly Chef.
I’m a classically untrained home cook with no training whatsoever. No culinary school, no restaurant kitchens, no fancy credentials. Just a lot of curiosity and a lot of trial and error.
By day I work in construction, about as manly a work environment as it gets, and I’m also the least handy person I know. So: Unmanly Man, Manly Job, Unmanly Chef.
Here you’ll find recipes I actually make at home, honest restaurant reviews, Persian dishes and food history, and guides from my travels. If I can cook it, you can too.
