Step 1- Prepare the cream, in a large bowl mix the cream with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract.

Step 2- Then proceed to whisk the cream until it's very thick (i.e. like whipped cream uh duh)

Step 3- Serve the whipped cream over the peaches in a bowl or a plate and then sprinkle the brown sugar over the cream.
