Step 1- Cut watermelon into chunks and blend in batches

Step 2- Set up a station where your mesh strainers will feed into a large juice container/pitcher

Step 3- Have the finer mesh strainer directly ontop of your pitcher

Step 4- Then while holding the semi fine mesh strainer above the fine mesh strainer, pour the liquid into the semi-fine and begin the filtration process. It tends to back up a little, but the end result is a smooth watermelon perfection.
